We are looking to be the pipeline that bridges the gap between the current leadership and the future leadership in Northeast Ohio's Latino Community. We Want to inspire our community to become involved and to aspire for great things.

We are open to all individuals who are committed to our mission. We are partners with corporations, non-profit organizations, schools, and universities. We also collaborate with other community organizations who strategically align with us to help us fulfill our mission.

FOUNDING

YLN was founded in 2002 by a group of hard-working and forward-thinking Young Latino professionals. They started this organization to allow young Latinos in our community to come together, network, mentor, and volunteer.
